「檻の中のライオン」、子供向けに平易な言葉で書かれた憲法の教科書。毎週月曜日の夜、この教科書を用いて友人たちとLINE越しで日本国憲法を学びなおしています。

第24回のテーマは、社会権

第２５条　すべて国民は、健康で文化的な最低限度の生活を営む権利を有する。
２　国は、すべての生活部面について、社会福祉、社会保障及び公衆衛生の向上及び増進に努めなければならない。
第２６条　すべて国民は、法律の定めるところにより、その能力に応じて、ひとしく教育を受ける権利を有する。
２　すべて国民は、法律の定めるところにより、その保護する子女に普通教育を受けさせる義務を負ふ。義務教育は、これを無償とする。
第２７条　すべて国民は、勤労の権利を有し、義務を負ふ。
２　賃金、就業時間、休息その他の勤労条件に関する基準は、法律でこれを定める。
３　児童は、これを酷使してはならない。
第２８条　勤労者の団結する権利及び団体交渉その他の団体行動をする権利は、これを保障する。

Article 25.　All people shall have the right to maintain the minimum standards of wholesome and cultured living.
2 In all spheres of life, the State shall use its endeavors for the promotion and extension of social welfare and security, and of public health.
Article 26.　All people shall have the right to receive an equal education correspondent to their ability, as provided by law.
2 All people shall be obligated to have all boys and girls under their protection receive ordinary education as provided for by law. Such compulsory education shall be free.
Article 27.　All people shall have the right and the obligation to work.
2 Standards for wages, hours, rest and other working conditions shall be fixed by law.
3 Children shall not be exploited.
Article 28.　The right of workers to organize and to bargain and act collectively is guaranteed.
