【R-BBL】10th Bubble Club, three kinds of Charcoal soap 第10回バブルクラブ, 3種の炭石鹸

I got a box of charcoal for BBQ at farmer's market in Sashima. Keiko san's children, Go kun and Coco chan joined today, so I asked them to make a powder out of it in a mortar. It was very hard, so Keiko san took over. She spent much time for it and got small amount of powder somehow as Kazumi san heard from the charcoalmen. They told her that their charcoal is too hard to get powder easily. We are getting charcoal powder generated during the production process when they restart their kiln. It is under upgrade construction now.

We also used food use bamboo charcoal powder I bought a few years ago and cosmetic use hemp charcoal powder from Mie san. We used three kinds of charcoal in different volume, which reflected each color.

Next time I would like to have a rehearsal of soap making workshop or prepare for that with a goal of providing the workshop in autumn.

佐島のしまのひろば（産直市場）で、バーベキュー用の炭を一箱購入。今日はけいこさんの息子と娘、ごうくんとここちゃんも参加してくれてたので、乳鉢で炭を粉にする作業をお願いしました。とても硬かったので、けいこさんが交代。けっこう時間をかけてわずかな炭の粉をなんとか作りました。この備長炭はとても硬いので簡単に粉にならないよ、とかずみさんが炭職人さんに聞いた通りでした。炭焼き窯が再稼働したら、工程中で出てくる炭の粉を分けてくれることに。現在、窯は増設工事中のようです。

ほかに、私が数年前に購入していた食用竹炭粉、みえさんが差し入れてくれた化粧品用の麻炭も使ってみました。3種類の炭をそれぞれ異なる分量で加えたので、色の濃さがそれぞれ灰色の濃さがちがいます。

次回は、秋のワークショップ開催を目標に、ワークショップのリハーサルまたはその準備ができたらいいなと思っています。
