第21回のテーマは、人身の自由

第十八条　何人も、いかなる奴隷的拘束も受けない。又、犯罪に因る処罰の場合を除いては、その意に反する苦役に服させられない。

第三十一条　何人も、法律の定める手続によらなければ、その生命若しくは自由を奪はれ、又はその他の刑罰を科せられない。

21th topic was ” Physical Freedom”.

Article 18.　No person shall be held in bondage of any kind. Involuntary servitude, except as punishment for crime, is prohibited.

Article 31.　No person shall be deprived of life or liberty, nor shall any other criminal penalty be imposed, except according to procedure established by law.

The person in charge presented two questions.
