Olive harvest begins for this season.　今季のオリーブ収穫開始

After COVID-19, I was finally able to invite a friend to help me harvest the olives.

Soak harvested olives in NaOH overnight. Discard the blackened alkaline water and change the water daily to neutralize it.

Today we have done up to the first neutralization. This month, we will be repeating these days of harvesting and subsequent processing.

COVID-19の後、ようやく友人を呼んでオリーブの収穫を手伝ってもらうことができました。

収穫したオリーブを一晩NaOHに浸し、翌朝、黒くなったアルカリ水は捨て、毎日水を替えて中和します。今日は初回の中和まで行いました。

今月は、この収穫とその後の処理の日々を繰り返すことになります。
