Milking experience 搾乳体験
After having breakfast outside, Miki san from Niigata tried to milk goat. Miguel taught by example. She mastered milking quickly and filled one bottle up with goat milk.
Wood craft day. I continued to make a wood cup. The elm tree I cut exhibits a unique patterns, striped or marbled brown on beige.
Miguel challenged new product again. He brought a leftover column from our house as a material and tried to make a cup. But the wood is too soft to be anchored to the machine because of loose screw. Nakayama san tried to help him, but Miguel gave up quickly. Giving up is important sometimes!
Miguel continued to build pizza oven. He worked hard to decorate table top next to pizza oven. We want to use pizza oven quickly, so we are a little concerned that he gets into his decoration too much. Anyway, we impress that he focuses on building pizza oven.
Miguel enjoyed making sourdough bread again tonight
屋外で朝食をとったあと、新潟からいらしたみきさんが、ヤギの搾乳に挑戦しました。まずはミゲールがお手本を。みきさんはあっという間にコツをつかみ、ボトルいっぱいのヤギミルクを絞り上げました。お見事！
木工クラブの日。私は木のコップづくりを継続。自分で切り出した楡の木は、ベージュの背景に茶色の縦縞やマーブルといった独特の模様を見せていす。ミゲールはまた新しい作品にチャレンジ。ミゲールは家から柱の切れ端をもってきて、コップを作ろうとしました。しかし、木が柔らかすぎてねじ込みが緩んでしまうため機械に固定できません。中山さんが手を貸そうとしてくれましたが、ミゲールは早々にあきらめました。時には諦めも肝心！
ミゲールはピザ窯を作り続けています。彼はピザ窯横のテーブルトップの装飾に夢中です。私たちは早くピザ窯を使いたいので、彼が装飾に熱中しすぎるのを少し心配しています。いずれにしても、彼がピザ窯制作に集中していることに、私たちは感心しています。
ミゲールは今夜もサワー種のパン作りを楽しんでいます。
