出張せっけんづくり体験 Traveling Soap Making Experience
バブルクラブは、出張石鹸づくり体験を始めました。 お一人様2000円、手作り石けん ペットボトル1本お持ち帰り付き。体験時間は1時間です。

最初の体験者は、ゲストハウス「汐見の家」の宿泊者さん。今朝、 汐見の家にて出張体験開催しました。 今日の地元材料は、バブル部員の和美さんが用意してくれた「ミント水」と「どくだみ茶」です。
上島町で捕獲されたイノシシの脂とパーム油は予め計量して、ペットボトルに入れてあります。体験者はオリーブオイルか米油を選び、計量して、ペットボトルに加えます。別途、水酸化ナトリウムと水を計量して溶かします。
油と水酸化ナトリウム溶液の温度を合わせ、油の入ったペットボトルに水酸化ナトリウム溶液を加え、ペットボトルのふたを閉めて20分ほど振ります。
その間はおしゃべりタイム。猪脂をきっかけに 猪の被害はご出身地でも悩ましいこと、上島町の猪肉を買いたいとのご要望、釣った魚はリリース禁止と言われて釣れ過ぎたらどうしようと心配したけど釣果は1尾で杞憂だったと笑ったり。尋ねられ、私たちも移住のきっかけ、島の暮らしをご紹介しました。
粘度が上がり、クリーム状になったらコールドプロセス完了です。
ご自宅に到着後、蓋を緩め、約1ヶ月間放置して熟成させます。固まったら、お好みの大きさにカットしてお使いいただけます。
せっけんの成分の相性は個人差があるので、様子をみながら使ってみてください。生分解性に優れるので排水は畑にも利用でき、 合成洗剤を手づくり石鹸におきかえれば、 環境負荷を軽減できます。

The first experiencers were guests of Shiomi house. This morning, we held an on-site experience at Shiomi house. Today's local materials are mint water and fish mint tea Kazumi san, a Bubble club member, prepared.
Fat from wild boars captured in Kamijima Town and palm oil are weighed and placed in a PET bottle. The experiencers choose olive oil or rice oil, measure it, and add it to the bottle. Separately, sodium hydroxide and water are weighed and dissolved.
Match the temperature of the oil and the sodium hydroxide solution, add the sodium hydroxide solution to the PET bottle containing the oil, close the lid of the PET bottle, and shake for about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, it was time to chat. Boar fat was the trigger for us. The damage caused by boars is a problem even in their home town, and they asked us to buy boar meat from Kamijima-cho. They were worried about what would happen if they caught too many fish when they was told that they were not allowed to release them, but they caught only one and laughed that their fears were unfounded. Asked, we also introduced our reasons for moving to the area and island life.
The cold process is complete when the viscosity of the mixture increases to a creamy texture.
After you arrive home, loosen the lid and let the bottle stand for about a month to mature. Once the soap has hardened, it can be cut into pieces as desired.
Compatibility of soap ingredients varies from person to person, so please use it as you see fit. Since it is biodegradable, wastewater can be used in fields, and replacing synthetic detergents with handmade soap reduces environmental impact.
