「檻の中のライオン」、子供向けに平易な言葉で書かれた憲法の教科書。毎週月曜日の夜、この教科書を用いて友人たちとLINE越しで日本国憲法を学びなおしています。
第14回のテーマは、情報を知るって大切 知る権利。
担当者からの質問は４つ。
Q1 知る権利が侵されている状態とは、どんな状態でしょうか？
Q2 どんな情報が隠されていると、知る権利が侵された、ということになるでしょう
Q3 そういった国家権力まわりの情報は、通常、私たちはどのような方法で知ることができるようになっているでしょうか
Q4 今後私たちが知る権利を守るためには、どのような手段があるでしょう？
“Lion in the cage”, a textbook of constitution explained in plain language for children. Our friends and we are restudying the Japanese Constitution with the textbook via SNS every Monday night.
14th topic was "Knowing information is important; Right to know". The person in charge presented two questions.
Q1 What kind of the situation is that right to know is invaded?
Q2 Which kind of information to be hidden means that right to know is invaded?
Q3 How can we know the information related to government power?
Q4 How can we protect our right to know?
