Mushroom inoculation くりたけ植菌

Inoculating with mushroom, Hypholoma sublateritium into sawthorn oak.
Shiitake can be harvested early and frequently, but most people have already grown it nicely. I wanted to try differnt spieces even lower efficiency and found this which can grow in sawthorn oak. We have to wait for two years until first harvest and can harvest one month a year

　「くりたけ」をクヌギに植菌。
しいたけは早く高頻度に収穫できるけど、すでに多くの人が上手に育てている。ならば、たとえ効率が悪くてもちょっと違うもの育ててみようと、クヌギで育つこの品種をみつけました。最初の収穫は二年後、収穫期間は一年に一か月。
