Today’s sweets were a cheese pickled in soybean paste (not sweet tho) and freshest custard in the world (since it is made of egg and milk produced this morning!). The cheese pickled in soybean paste attracts favorable comment from someone who is not good at cheese itself, so it seems a Japanized cheese.
