Harvest mustard マスタード収穫
- I found two eggs, but one of them had been broken probably beause the shell was too thin.
- Bottle boards are growing. Squashes were transplanted.
- Shell of peas were delivered. I made a paper introducing goat favorite.
- Goat needs salt by the block.
- Chickpeas is sensitive to dry. I could harvest lots of wild berries.
- Rhubarb I asked Kiyoko san to grow are budding in her garden. Harvesting time is two years later.
- We visited to Kiyoko san's garden and harvest mustard seeds. I called Kaori san, Mie san, Mika san, Dave and Hamanami san and harvest them at once together. I put the whole stem in a bag upside down for catching seeds and hanged on a wall in Hamanami san's garden to dry.
- Boy-kids love their mother. Yuki enjoy eating bamboo shoots between concrete blocks.
- Horn and Baron are sleeping after eating outside fence. Horn was out and Baron was in a shed.
- Many bamboo shoots are glowing berween loquat trees. Hamanami san said we should cut them while they are soft.
- Yuya san gave me three plants of string pepper which is traditional vegetable in Nara. We can harvest it for a long term. I am looking forward to harvesting.
- Solar power monitoring system in my workplace shows changes of electric generation clearly.
- Pasteurize goat milk, add lactbacillus to decrease pH (raise acidity), make curd by rennet, press to remove water to produce goat cheese of 634g.
- Dry salted wild bore meat, smoke at low temperature, boil and dry to produce ham of two blocks.

- きよこさんに託したルバーブ、順調に芽が出ていました。収穫まで２年かかるそう。
- きよこさんの畑へ、からし菜の種、マスタードの粒を収穫しました。かおりさん、みえさん、みかさん、Dave、浜浪さんを誘って一気に収穫。枝に鞘がついた状態で、種がはじけてもいいように袋に逆さに入れ、浜浪さんの畑の脇で乾燥中。
- オスの子ヤギたちは、お母さんが大好き。ユキは、コンクリートの隙間の破竹を味わっています。
- ホルンとバロンは、柵の外で食事した後にお昼寝。ホルンは外で、バロンは小屋で。
- 枇杷の木の間から、つぎつぎと筍が竹に変身中。柔らかいうちに切って駆除しておくのがコツです。
- ゆうやさんが、ひもとうがらしの苗を分けてくれました。大和の伝統野菜で、長く楽しめるとのこと。今から収穫が楽しみです。
- 職場にある、太陽光発電モニタリングシステムは、発電量の推移が一目瞭然。
- 今日もヤギミルクを低温殺菌後、乳酸菌でpHを下げ、レンネットで固めて、水分をきり押し固めて、634gのチーズができました。
- 塩漬けしていた猪肉を乾燥し、低温で燻製して、茹でて乾燥させて、２つのハムができました。
- 今日も豆のさやがたくさん届いていました。ありがとう！
- カモミールが終わったので、次の花の苗を植えました。
