I visited a place treating wild boar again to show hunters my blog introducing them and yuge wild boar meat based on stories they told me while treating wild boar. They seemed OK. But I don’t know they got order from new customer.
I dropped in Nikki’s house on my way home. She was leashed and could eat weeds outside fence. At first, she looked lonely but local people often care and talk about Nikki, so she must be happy.
I released cheese press. About 400g-cheese was made from about 4 litter-milk, so yield was 10%.
Noji san invited me to pick carrots for goats in his garden by myself, so I walked to his garden with Yuzu san. Yuzu san was surprised to see flower of carrots for the first time. We got a pile of carrots for goats. Our goats must be happy, too.
When Yuzu san played with kids as usual, Hamanami san took his relative to meet our goats. A little girl was afraid to be close to does but wanted to touch kids. Yuzu san guided her, then she could touch kids and chick. Thank you, Yuzu san.
I tried to make marmalade while remembering a recipe that Terasaka san often told me. Peal orange part, cut into fine pieces, knead it in hot water…but I couldn’t reproduce her bitterless marmalade. I asked her the demonstration again, and she accepted my request.
