Highly skilled person in kitchen garden 畑上手
- Kids are as fine as always. Bucks farm got much donation of goat foods. Thank you for everyone'support.
- Terasaka san guided me a place where many wild loquat trees are growing. She said that she had already got allowance from the land owner, so I felt free to bring them to goats. She gave me many Fatsia sprouts from her garden. We enjoyed them as fritter for lunch.
- Kiyoko san taught me how to plant potatoes and add fertilizer after that. She is eager to learn how to grow vegetables and is well known for a highly skilled in kitchen garden. She enjoys sending vegetables she harvests to her daughter, son, grandchildren, other relatives and her friends, which motivates her to do farm chores. I respect not only her farming skill but also her active and positive attitude.

- 寺坂さんが、野生の枇杷の木がたくさんある場所を案内してくれました。土地の持ち主からすでに許可を得てくれているとのことだったので、安心してヤギに持って帰りました。また、寺坂さんの畑のタラの芽をたくさんいただきました。天ぷらにしてお昼ごはんにいただきました。
- きよこさんがじゃが芋の植え方とその後の肥料のやり方を教えてくれました。彼女は、野菜の育て方について勉強熱心で、畑上手としてよく知られています。きよこさんは、収穫した野菜を、娘や息子、孫などの親類や友人へ送るのを楽しみにしていて、これが彼女の畑仕事の動機付けになっています。私は、彼女の畑の腕前だけでなく、活動的で前向きな態度を尊敬しています。
- 暖かくなってきました。ぴよぴよは冬よりよく卵を産むようになりました。
