Goats visit nursing homes ヤギ、高齢者施設を訪問
Just before kid leaves, I asked Ms. Kida to go to welfare house with goats. This is the fourth time in third year to visit there for me. People welcomed us.
While Mr. Kida heard about their experience and knowledge of goats, I could talk a lot with Kaori Murakami who warmly accepted me since the first visit without appointoment.
She thinks it is very good that goats reminds people of their childhood and other related things smoothly. I thought it was good to visit them even in a short time. The other day, she told me four events provided by the nursing home in June. So I told her the nurcing home is very active, and she said staffs of the nursing home didn’t think these are events specially so far. But they hopes to share skill and knowledge the nursing home learned and got with local people who is carrying out their nursing-care at home to help them. I completely relate to the idea of sharing skill and knowledge with others to help or improve life in community.

子ヤギが旅立つ直前、ヤギと一緒にふくふくの会（の高齢者施設）へ慰問しようと、貴田さんをお誘い。私にとっては今回が３年目、４度目の訪問。今回は皆さん歓迎してくれました。
みなさんから子供のころヤギを飼っていた経験や知識を貴田さんが聞いている間、初回のアポなし訪問以来、温かく迎えてくれる村上香さんとゆっくりお話できました。
村上さんは、ヤギが、みなさんに子供のころやヤギにまつわることを回想させることはとてもよい、と思っていました。短時間でも訪問してよかったです。
先日は、村上さんから、６月に４回ものふくふくの会主催のイベント情報を提供してもらいました。とても活発ですね、と伝えると、施設のスタッフはこれまでこれがイベントだという認識は特になかった、とのこと。ただ、スタッフとしては、ふくふくの会が学んだり得てきたスキルや知識を、ご自宅で介護をされている地元の皆さんにやくだててもらいたいと願っている、ということでした。スキルや知識を他人と共有することで、共同体における生活を助けたりよくしていく、という考え方にとても共感しました。
