Amazake, sweet fermented rice drink. I used it as an ingredient for making cookies. The sweetness matches the recipe.
Yam, it was round shape. I am famliar with long one, so I found out a little about yam. There are six hundred spieces of Dioscoreaceae Dioscorea in the world. Among them, 60 spieces are grown. They are categorized depending on the shape.

今日の畜産物は、平飼い卵 10 個、今日のおやつ(?)は、”レモンシフォンケーキ、ホウレンソウとくるみのパン、玄米100%おにぎり”。
今日の交換は、
らくさんの”甘酒”-- お菓子に使ってみたら、やさしい甘さがぴったりでした。
やすこさんの”山芋”-- 長細いイメージが強かったけど、いただいたものはゲンコツのような丸い形。調べてみると、 ヤマノイモ科ヤマノイモ属は世界に約 600種、栽培されているのは約 60 種、形による分類もされて、奥が深い。
