Today’s Animal products were 10 Eggs laid during the last week
>>Color is brown or beige, and the size is big or small. This is the diversity.
Today’s sweets were “Orange muffin, Orange cookie containing orange peel”
>>Orange muffin was made by mixing ponkan, local orange juice and grated peels, vegetable oil, sugar, and honey, adding all flour and baking powder, pouring it into mold, putting a sliced ponkan on top and baking. The sliced ponkan attracts us.
Ingredients of the cookie are flour, whole grain powder, sugar, vegetable oil, ponkan juice, dried orange peel powder. It was not bitter though I was afraid of it, bright orange color looks nice.
I also use dried orange peel powder with hot pepper due to nice color and flavor.
Ms. Fukuda “Law-salt pickled ume, Pickled chinese onion”
>>Law-salt pickled ume turned moldy easily while making, so she watched and mixed it every day. I enjoyed lunch by putting the pickled ume on top of a bowl of rice mixed with a raw egg, and it was a little salty, nice and sour. Big pickled Chinese onion is crispy, and I ate it with curry for lunch next day.
We were talking about how I bring sweets for a gathering of her group next week.
Ms. Ise “Simmered Hijiki, a kind of seaweed cooked with soy sauce”
>>Hijiki is Mots san’s favorite, and became our dinner tonight. We were eating more rice due to nice taste of hijiki. Dish exchange also give me good things such as 1. finding even common dishes having variation depending on each family, 2. feeling like eating with people, 3. giving good reference for cooking, and 4. getting one more dish for lunch or dinner! It's good if expanding this.
I asked Ms. Ise and Ms. Kida who are acrylic scrubber makers, whether they can make the leaf shape scrubber. Two days later, I found Ms. Ise san’s first products in my post. Leaf vein like relief is very cute! I want to learn how to make it if I have a chance.
Ms. Kida “Red color apron and kiwi”
>>She remembers my favorite color red. I am happy about that The other day, she told me her recent trip to Iwashi-island with members of supporter group and learned about activity of “Rice-fish” school. I often see her walking. I think I should follow her and take a bicycle instead of car of motorcycle, but I come back to car by excusing myself, “I am busy”.. She went a little further toward Azuchi in Yuge the other day, so I got a chance to introduce our dues and chickens to her.
Ms. Tsutsui told about Iwashi-island where she was born. Among her stories, It was the most interesting that there are lots of rich people from stone leek farm.
Mr. Yamazaki appeared after post office. I tried to talk about playing his electric oven, but he didn't have enough time to talk this time. Let me talk to you later!
Mots san came by motorbike. A heat pump was not repaired yet, so he looked cold.
Debut Internet We tried to search a place of Iwashi-island on google map and various crochet patterns of acrylic scrubber.

今回の畜産物は、この一週間に生まれた寒卵 10 個
>>赤玉ですが色の濃淡、同じ歳ですがサイズの大小、いろいろです。
今回のおやつは、“みかんのマフィン、陳皮入りみかんクッキー”
>>マフィンの材料は、小麦粉、寺坂さんに頂いたポンカンの果汁と皮のすりおろしと薄い輪切り、サラダ油、砂糖、はちみつ、ベーキングパウダー。表面にのせたポンカンの輪切りが目をひきます。
クッキーの材料は、小麦粉、全粒粉、砂糖、サラダ油、ポンカン果汁、温州みかんの皮を乾燥して砕いた粉末。心配した皮の苦みもなく好評。
みかんの皮の粉末は、よい色と香りがお気に入りで、唐辛子と組合せて調味料としても活躍中。
福田さんの“減塩梅干し、ラッキョウ漬け”
>>梅干しは、塩を控えるとカビやすいため、毎日様子をみて混ぜていたそう。お昼の卵かけご飯にこの大粒の梅干しをのせると、醤油なしでもほどよい塩味とさっぱりした酸味で、ご飯がいっそう美味しくなりました。ラッキョウも大粒でしゃきしゃき、翌日のカレーのお伴に。
来週のつどいのおやつ差し入れの段取りを打合せさせていただきました。
井瀬さんの“ひじきの煮物”
>>モッツさんの好物で、早速晩ごはんに。やさしい味わいでご飯がすすみます。
このところ少しずつふえてきてうれしい、おかずの交換は、①定番のおかずも家庭ごとの多様な味に出会える、②皆さんと一緒に食卓を囲んでいる気分になれる、③こんどは油を控えようなど毎日の料理の参考になる、④食卓のおかずが一品増える！うまく展開できたらいいなあ。
アクリルたわしを手作りする井瀬さんと貴田さんに、葉っぱの形ができないか相談。二日後、ポストに井瀬さんの試作品を発見してうれしいサプライズ。葉脈のでこぼこがかわいい！交換会でまた会えたら、作り方も習いたいなあ。
貴田さんの”赤色のエプロン、大根２種"
>>赤色は私の好きな色、好みを覚えててくれてうれしい。蕪のように丸い大根と、小ぶりの細長い大根は、すぐ煮えてみずみずしく美味しく頂きました。先日、ささえ愛隊のみなさんと岩子島へ出かけて、めだかの学校について学んできたのだそう。貴田さんは普段からよく歩いていて、つい車やバイクを使う私も見習わなきゃと、自転車に乗ってみたけど、時間がないことを言い訳に車に戻ってしまう。先日は弓削の安土まで足を伸ばしてくれたので、メスヤギたちと鶏を紹介できてよかった！
筒井さんが、ご出身の岩子島について教えてくれて、中でも分葱長者がいっぱいいるという話がおもしろかった。
山崎さんが郵便局の帰りに顔をだしてくれました。お持ちの電気炉で遊ぶ話を持ちかけたけど、次の予定があって時間切れ。続きはまた今度！
モッツさんが、今日もバイクで途中から参加。やっぱりエアコン不調で寒そう。。
インターネット体験 今日は地図（グーグルマップ）で岩子島の場所を確かめました。アクリルたわしの編み図もいろいろ調べてみました。
