- After Jam session, I prepared a small portion of jam, marmalade and dip everybody brought and visited each friend house with them. They told me that the party was fun and enjoyed asking how to make it directly. One of them taught me how to cook local dried fish called “Devera” and gave me the sample. Others gave me home-grown vegetables and mashroom. I could have locavore session after jam session, too.
- Goats farm alwasy needs some repairments. Bucks probably enjoy breaking something such as a chair with desk and stairs. I repaired them with some improvements. Does will have their babies soon, so I collected lots of grasses for flooring.
- ジャム交流会の後、みんなが持ち寄ったジャム、マーマレード、ディップを小分けしたものをもって、みんなの家を一件ずつ訪ねました。みんな、楽しかった、どんな作り方か直接聞けてよかった、と話してくれました。ある人は、デベラと呼ばれる地元の干魚の料理方法を教えてくれて、そのサンプルを分けてくれました。自家製の野菜やしいたけを分けてくれた方も。ジャム交流会の後、地産地消の交流もできました。
- 山羊牧場はいつも修繕が必要です。オス山羊はおそらくいろいろ壊すのを楽しんでいます。たとえば、机付の椅子や階段など。これらを、一部改良を加えて、修理しました。メス山羊は間もなく出産なので、床に敷くための草をたくさん刈り取りました。
