我が家の畑で、橙を、今年もたくさん収穫しました。自家製ポン酢などつくってみませんか？
弓削鎌田の自宅へ直接お寄りいただくか、FacebookやLINEなど繋がりのある方へ着払いで送ります。ご希望の方はご連絡ください！

自宅にいらした方、その場でプレス機でジュースにしてお持ち帰り頂くこともできますよ。
毎年橙ポン酢を作る生名の濱田さんに聞いたコツは、「プレスのとき苦みがでないよう、切り口周囲の皮をぐるっと剥いておく」のだそうです。なるほど～。
先日も友人と話しながら絞っていたら、ボトル一本分すぐにできました。

4箱ぐらいあります。そのうち販売体制など整えたいですが、まずは第一歩、sharingから。
