Bamboo shoot digging タケノコ掘り

My sister’s familly visited us from Kyoto. They enjoy digging bamboo shoots and cooked bamboo shoot ahijo, fried in oil. Oil makes the bitterness of bamboo shoot milder according to my sister’s net searching.
Three eggs in the morning and three eggs in the afternoon, total 6 eggs on May 3. Good job!
