3rd “Let’s exchange!” 第3回 “交換しましょう！”
"Let's exchange!" advanced a little bit again. I hope local people also enjoy such a small changes.
- I brought goat milk, goat cheese and pumkin jam with a tarte instead of custard. My chicken didn't lay any egg this week so I couldn't make custard cream. Mika san joined with pasta sauce of tomato zucchini inside and dried parsley as goods for exchange. These were exchanged into various vegetables, fruits such as watermelon and melon, Miso (fermented bean paste), bread rice inside.
- A friend of mine brought watermelon for sharing with guests in ENGAWA. We enjoy summer taste.
- The other day, a friend of mine asked me whether used leather shoes he had can be brought. He can provide them for free. I suggested to display at the place, ENGAWA for a while. He brought Today, I asked duty person of ENGAWA and she quickly called someone in charge and got permission. I am impressed how kind she is.
- I could met new person this time, too. She came here because she wanted to meet a woman who is a siter of her friend and visited here last week. She didn't came today, but I met her later so I told her such person came. ENGAWA gives good encounter like this.
"交換しましょう！"は、また少し進化がありました。こんな小さな変化を、地元のみなさんも一緒に楽しんでいただけたらうれしいです。
- ヤギミルクとチーズ、今回はカスタードの代わりにかぼちゃのジャムとタルトカップを持ってきました。。うちの鶏が今週卵を産まなかったので、カスタードクリームが作れなかったため。みかさんが、ズッキーニ入りのトマトのパスタソースと乾燥パセリを交換の品として用意して参加してくれました。これらは、いろいろな野菜、メロンやスイカなどの果物、みそ、ごはん入りパンなどと交換されました。
- 友人がエンガワに来られた方々と一緒に食べましょうと、スイカを差し入れてくれました。夏の味覚が楽しめました。
- 先日、友人に、家にある中古の革靴を持ってきてよいか聞かれたので、しばらくエンガワに展示することを提案しました。当日、彼は靴を持ってきたので、エンガワの当番さんに尋ねたところ、すぐに責任者の方へ電話で許可を得てくれました。当番さんがとても協力的でありがたかったです。
- 今回も、初めてお会いする方に出会えました。先週エンガワに来ていた方のお姉さんがお友達だったそうで、その方に会いに来てくださったのだそうです。あいにく今回はいらっしゃていませんでしたが、後日お見かけしたのでお伝えしておきました。エンガワがこのようなよい出会いを与えてくれます。
